Wrap Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, about 20–30 seconds, to ensure a uniform batter for easy spreading.
  2. Pour Into Pan: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil to prevent sticking. Pour half of the batter (about 1/2 cup) into the center of the pan, then tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly like a crepe.
  3. Cook the Wrap: Allow the wrap to cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the surface looks dry. Carefully flip the wrap and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes until it turns lightly golden brown.
  4. Let Cool and Serve: Transfer the cooked wrap to a plate and let it cool for 2–3 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Once slightly cooled, use the wraps as tortillas—fill them with your favorite ingredients, then roll or fold to serve.

Notes

  • Use full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese depending on your dietary preferences.
  • Make sure to blend until smooth to avoid lumps in the batter.
  • Cook the wraps on medium heat to prevent burning while ensuring they cook through.
  • These wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and gently reheated.
  • Perfect for gluten-free and low-carb diets.
