  3. Cool the peanuts: Once roasted, let the peanuts cool for a few minutes to make handling safer and to improve the blending process.
  4. Blend into peanut butter: Transfer the roasted peanuts into a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend at maximum speed in 2-minute intervals, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture turns smooth and creamy, forming a homogeneous peanut butter.
