Instructions

  1. Melt Butter and Combine Ingredients: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Once the butter is completely melted, add the marshmallows and Biscoff creamy spread. Stir continuously over low heat until the marshmallows are smooth, fully melted, and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Add Cereal and Mix: Quickly fold the crispy rice cereal into the marshmallow and Biscoff mixture, ensuring all the cereal is evenly coated without crushing too much.
  3. Press Into Pan and Set: Pour the mixture into a buttered 8×8 inch pan for thicker treats or a 13×9 inch pan for thinner treats. Spread evenly and cover the pan. Allow to set at room temperature for about 1-2 hours until firm.
  4. Cut and Store: Once set, cut into squares of desired size and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days to maintain freshness.
