			Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 bag frozen Wontons/Potstickers (~16 wontons, Bibigo brand recommended)
- 8 oz frozen shelled edamame
- 1 bag Chopped Broccoli Slaw Kit (or equivalent)
- 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 2 green onion stalks, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
Dressing
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 1/4 cup wonton strips
- 2 tbsp diced almonds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 lime wedge

- Prepare the dumplings: Cook the frozen wontons according to the package instructions. For best results, pan-fry them in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden, or air-fry until crisp. This ensures a crunchy texture that complements the salad.
- Cook the edamame: Heat the frozen shelled edamame in the microwave following the package directions until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.
- Assemble the salad base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli slaw, cooked edamame, finely diced green onions, shaved shallot slices, and diced cilantro. Toss these fresh ingredients together evenly.
- Mix the dressing: In a glass measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and ½ tablespoon sesame oil. If the dressing is too thick, add one tablespoon of water or vegetable broth to thin it out to your desired consistency.
- Toss the salad: Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat all ingredients evenly. If you need to serve later, keep the dumplings separate to maintain their crispiness.
- Combine and garnish: Top the dressed salad with the cooked dumplings. Sprinkle wonton strips, diced almonds, and sesame seeds over the salad. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice for brightness before serving. Enjoy immediately for the freshest texture.

		Notes

- For the crispiest dumplings, air-frying or pan-frying is recommended instead of boiling.
- If preparing ahead, keep dumplings separate and add just before serving.
- Adjust dressing thickness by thinning with water or vegetable broth as needed.
- Use Bibigo brand wontons for best flavor and texture, but any similar frozen potstickers will work.
