Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt Ingredients: Place 5 cups of mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a large saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir and Melt: Gently stir the mixture with a rubber spatula until fully melted and combined, forming a smooth, sticky mixture.
  4. Add Cereal and Marshmallows: Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in the Golden Grahams cereal along with the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows, mixing thoroughly. The mixture will be very sticky.
  5. Press into Pan: Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared pan and flatten it evenly using the back of a spatula lightly greased to prevent sticking.
  6. Set and Serve: Allow the bars to harden at room temperature for 60 minutes. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
