  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the casserole.
  2. Sauté Mushrooms: Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the quartered mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened and most of the liquid evaporates, approximately 7 to 9 minutes.
