Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)

- Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic and Tomatoes: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté until they are softened and start to release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine and Season: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic. Toss gently to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- Add Basil and Finish: Stir in the chopped fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Serve Immediately: Transfer to plates or bowls and serve while hot for the best flavor and texture.

		Notes

- Use fresh cherry tomatoes for a sweeter, juicier sauce.
- Be careful not to overcook the ravioli to prevent them from becoming mushy.
- Fresh basil should be added at the end to preserve its aroma and bright flavor.
- For a vegan option, use vegan ravioli and omit Parmesan cheese or use a plant-based alternative.
- You can add chili flakes to the sauté for a spicy kick.
